Custard Apple Ice Cream
I can coconut milk-chill in fridge for as long as possible
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
2 Custard Apples
open the can of coconut upside down and scrape out the cream, add Vanilla essence and pulp from custard cream (pips removed) no sweetener needed the custard apple is sweet enough.
Custard Apple Pancakes/Swiss Roll
I Custard Apple
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Remove seeds from custard apple, juice limes, mix custard apple pulp (still lumpy) with other ingredients until you get a thick syrup with lumps in it, fry gently until set, roll and fill.
For a delicious Swiss roll make the mixture with 3 custard apples and bake in the oven on a lined swiss roll tray approx 20 mins. Roll and fill.
